Things that are not getting done
I’ve kept a file of index cards for a year or so. This is a list of ideas in the little wooden box:
real life
- make a timeline of interesting events
- collect odd forks
- recreate lost necklaces
- figure out a better filing system
- get some nice perfume

- ichat log converter
- book and movie tracker
- jeweled platypus style revision [dated 9/24/04]
- alarm clock menu item
useful
- vegan spaghetti alfredo recipe
- pancake recipe
- foods i like
- movies to watch
- books to get from the library

I've often made lists in similar vein, but somehow the items have never quite got my full attention.
Having read about the high-tech bells of UCSB, you may be interested to read about the bells of a village local to me in England. They are unique in that they are rung by hand, and in a bell cage, as opposed to a tower…
